Payaccsys

Cards you can issue

Some of the people you pay do not have a bank account.

Not because they do not want one. Because opening one needs documents they are still waiting for, or an address nobody will put in writing for them, and the branch is a half-day away.

So every month they come off the payroll run and get handled by hand, and whoever does that is holding cash to do it.

This month’s run

58

paid straight into their own accounts

8

no account number on file

Eight people, every month, done differently from everyone else — and the same eight next month.

The part nobody budgets for

It is not really eight payments. It is somebody drawing cash, counting it twice, getting signatures, and carrying the difference personally if the count is out. It is the employee who cannot show a payslip and a matching deposit when they apply for anything. And it is you, with no record of that payment that looks like the other fifty-eight.

The usual answer is to tell the employee to go and open an account. That has been the answer for years, which is why you still have eight of them.

Why it does not get solved

The documents

Proof of address is the one that stops most people.

The time

A branch visit in working hours, often far away.

The incentive

They get paid anyway. So it waits another month.

Issue the account instead

Payaccsys can issue a card to an employee who does not have somewhere for their wages to go. It is theirs, it carries their name, and their money lands on it in the same run, at the same time as the people paid into their own accounts.

Which means the run stops having an exception in it. You are not maintaining two processes, one of which involves cash, and you are not waiting on somebody else’s paperwork to pay your own staff.

What changes on payday
  • Everyone is on the same run, paid at the same time.
  • No separate list, no envelope, no second trip.
  • A record against every payment, the same as the other fifty-eight.
  • The card belongs to the employee, not to the payroll.

It is better for them, which is the point

An employee with nowhere to be paid is paid last, paid in cash, and has nothing to show for it afterwards. Give them an account and a card and that changes on the first payday — they are paid at the same moment as everyone else, and they have a record of it.

If you are the employer who sorted that out, your staff know. In a labour market where people leave over small indignities, that is worth more than it costs you.

What the employee gets

Paid

At the same moment as everyone else on the run.

An account

Theirs, in their name, that they keep.

A record

Proof they were paid, every month, like everyone else.

How many are on your list?

Most employers can answer that straight away, because it is the same handful every month. Tell us the number and we will show you what it takes to get them onto the run with everyone else.
